Mentor support group launch

Starting this month, we are launching our virtual Mentor Support Group that will be held on the last Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm! Whether you are an experienced mentor or onboarding to become one, we would love to have you join! If you would like to attend or have any questions, please contact your mentor coach or reach out to safefamiliesplus@safefamilies.net.

Looking for creative ways to engage with your mentee? Mentorship is often about the small, meaningful moments. Whether it’s a shared joke, an afternoon walk, or discovering a new hobby together, these moments of delight help build trust, joy, and connection.

  • Go for a walk or drive and explore a new neighborhood in Chicago 

  • Cook or bake a simple recipe together
